My whole family (Mom, Dad, 3 sisters and 3 brothers) went to the park with me this morning to run, walk or roller blade. :D It was so beautiful! I have much to be thankful for!

But I was tired when running, not my heart but my legs. My sister and ran a 9:30 minute mile though. :D
