they really don’t mix well, do they? I’ve been in California for the past couple weeks. It was awesome! I so could get used to the warmer temps…in fact, I did. And even though I didn’t get a whole lot of running or strength training in, and especially didn’t record any of it, I did play lots of volley ball and got to run on the beach -love it! Anyhow, I’m home and ready to train for the Red Bud Classic 5k… maybe I’ll even be inspired to do the 10k… hmmmm
